Privacy policy

Wander SAS takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected via wander-gourmet.paris, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French data-protection law.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Wander SAS, 26 rue Bosquet, 75007 Paris, France — contact@wander-gourmet.paris.
2. Data collected
When you fill in the booking-request form, we collect:
- your first and last name;
- your email address and, if provided, your phone number;
- your request details: number of people, preferred neighbourhood, format, preferred date, language;
- any allergies, intolerances or dietary needs you choose to indicate;
- the free text of your message.
3. Special case of allergies (health data)
Information about your allergies or intolerances may constitute health data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR. It is optional. We invite you to share only what is strictly useful to the safety of your tasting. By providing it, you expressly consent to its processing for the sole purpose of adapting and securing the service. It is shared with the host and, where relevant, the artisan concerned only to that strict extent, and is never used for any other purpose.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- To answer your request and prepare the service: performance of pre-contractual measures then of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
- To organise the tour taking your dietary needs into account: your explicit consent (Articles 6.1.a and 9.2.a GDPR).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Recipients
Your data is intended for Wander SAS and its staff handling requests. Strictly necessary information may be shared with the host and, for allergies, with the artisan concerned. Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) acts as a processor. No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
6. Retention period
- Request with no follow-up: up to 3 years from the last contact.
- Fulfilled booking: for the duration of the relationship, then archived according to accounting obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Allergy data: deleted once the service has taken place, unless you ask us to keep your preferences.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted within the European Union. Should a processor transfer it to a third country, this would be covered by the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (in particular standard contractual clauses).
8. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: contact@wander-gourmet.paris. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
9. Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Only technical local storage is used to remember the display language you choose; it requires no consent and is not shared with third parties.
